Privacy Policy
Azoomti (“we”, “us”) provides digital invitation pages and shareable story assets. This policy explains what we collect when you create or view an invitation, and how we use it.
What we collect
When you create an invitation we store celebration details you submit (names, date, time, venue, city, optional maps link, notes, quote), a WhatsApp number for guest contact, language preference, and technical metadata needed to publish the page (unique slug, manage token, timestamps). Server logs may include IP address and basic request data for security and abuse prevention.
How we use data
We use this information solely to publish and operate your invitation, generate a story asset, provide the private manage link, moderate abuse, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data.
Sharing
Your public invitation page is intentionally shareable with anyone who has the link. The private manage link grants access to download assets and view status — treat it as confidential. We may use infrastructure providers (hosting, database, storage) that process data only to run the service.
Retention
Invitations remain available until you request deletion or we remove them for abuse, legal, or operational reasons. Backup copies may persist for a limited period after deletion.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of invitation data by contacting us with your invitation reference or manage link. We respond within a reasonable timeframe.
