What does PURE CRYSTAL sell?
PURE CRYSTAL sells the top-up packs listed in the catalog. The office is in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Each product states how it is delivered before you pay.
Are you an official publisher agent?
The store is not presented as an official agent. Delivery is a top-up to the player ID you enter.
Do I need an account?
No. Guest checkout uses your email. An account keeps the order list and the saved games.
Payment
Which cards can I use?
Checkout accepts mada, Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay through one payment page.
Prices in the store are in USD. The bank page may show the converted amount.
Is a tax added at checkout?
The total on the order summary is the amount sent to payment. No separate tax line is added on that page.
The payment did not finish
Check your email and the orders page. If the card was charged and no order exists, write to us with the payment reference.
Delivery
Where does the top-up go?
To the player ID you typed before payment. Time varies by pack. If it is late, use the order code on the track page.
I entered the wrong player ID
After payment is completed, the player ID on that order cannot be edited. Read it back before you pay. If the order is still unpaid, contact us with the order code.
Refunds
When can an order be refunded?
The cases are written on the refund policy page. A delivered top-up to the ID you entered is not undone from this page.
The top-up is not in the game
Confirm the ID on the order, the region on the pack, and the status on the track page. Then write to us with the order code.

How do I change my password?

- 2. Choose the pack
- 3. Enter the player ID
- 4. Pay on checkout
- 5. The top-up goes to that ID
Payment was declined
Try the same checkout again with mada, Visa, Mastercard, or Apple Pay. The price does not change between them.
Wrong ID
A completed payment keeps the ID that was submitted. Check the digits before you pay.
